You can either select the items you want to purchase and upload an image of your logo or click on the “Custom Quotes” link on the left side of the website.  Follow the directions. We will give you a quote within 24 business hours of your submitting your quote with instructions on how to finish the order if you are still interested.  Keep in mind that custom set up charges are one-time charges and you will not be charged again when you order additional merchandise. 

It depends on the items you are ordering and the complexity of the project.  We try get all orders out within 7 days and we usually ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.  If you would like to expedite your order or change your shipping to Overnight of 2-Day, simply indicate in the Special Instructions section and we will contact you immediately to go over pricing and turnaround.

Yes, we can digitize your logo or design into an embroidery format that can be used on many garments or accessory items. There is a one time fee for creating this design. Just click on the button on the side of the page that says Custom Quote and we will respond with a personalized quote. Copyrighted logo's must be accompanied with a letter of authorization.

No, as a rule of thumb the maximum height for a cap design is 2 inches, this includes lettering. If you're not sure send us an email we will be happy to let you know.

Yes.  Just indicate in the special instructions that you want to see the design and colors first.  We can either stitch it out or send you a graphic of the design.
