Terms and Conditions

StitchMine,LLC will make every attempt to fill your order following the instructions you provide on the order form.  Images, thread colors and typefaces can vary slightly based on the items that are being embroidered.  Photos of all items are provided by manufacturers or distributors and should closely represent the actual items.  If you have any doubts or would like to see the item more closely you can order a sample.  Samples will be priced at the appropriate quantity pricing.  You may return the sample and have it embroidered with your order at no additional charge.   

 

Returns:

We will work diligently to accommodate every order.  Due to the nature of our business, once delivered, all sales are final.

StitchMine, LLC will replace any items that have are damaged, sent incorrectly or we if have misspelled or incorrectly embroidered the items.   We follow your instructions in the original order.  Any claims will be compared to the original order so please type your text carefully and review the order.

Criteria for accepting returns:

• Merchandise is returned to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
• The product(s) must be returned in new, resalable condition.
• Include all packaging materials.
• You must pay any return shipping expense. (Possibly Reimbursed)

Shipping

Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped wither UPS Ground or Priority Mail.  If you would like your item shipped faster, please indicate on the Special Instructions and we will contact you for approval of additional charges. Please allow 3-6 days for shipping.
