Returns or Exchanges
We will work diligently to accommodate every order. Due to the nature of our business, once delivered, all sales are final.
StitchMine, LLC will replace any items that have are damaged, sent incorrectly or we if have misspelled or incorrectly embroidered the items. We follow your instructions in the original order. Any claims will be compared to the original order so please type your text carefully and review the order.
Criteria for accepting returns:
Merchandise is returned to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
The product(s) must be returned in new, resalable condition.
Include all packaging materials.
- You must pay any return shipping expense. (Possibly Reimbursed)
