In simple terms, dye sublimation is the process where an ink is transposed into a gaseous form and penetrates the fibers of the materials it is being printed on. Basically we are dying the fibers.
Dye sublimation give you the advantage of printing vibrant multi-color graphics without having to make multiple screens like in screen printing thus saving set-up costs.
You can only print on white or light colored items and in apparel they must be 100% polyester.
Any apparel the is white or light colored and is made of 100% is polyester or hard goods with polyester resin coating can be printed on with the dye sublimation process.
